There are 4 classes, held quarterly Thursday-Sunday. Join us in nature at the Blue Mountain Retreat; a wonderful environment to learn an amazing method for feeling healthy, happy and more alive. Students have found it to be incredibly practical, as they learn techniques to unlock the body’s natural healing power, boost immunity, and increase joy.
