Vedic Health is a nonprofit organization that provides education in Ayurveda and Yoga to those seeking guidance on natural ways to improve well-being and balance. It is our mission to ensure that every client that comes to us is treated with kindness and respect and given proper attention and compassionate guidance on healthy living to the best of our ability.

We use ancient principles of Ayurveda to help people balance their doshas and promote healing within them. Our therapies consist of diet, herbs and supplements, lifestyle changes, yogic practices and Panchakarma therapies like Abhyanga, Shiro Dhara etc as per the principles of Ayurveda.
