During this Foundation for Shamanic Studies 2-day weekend experiential workshop, participants are introduced to core shamanism, the universal and near-universal basic methods of the shaman to enter non-ordinary reality for problem solving, well-being and healing. Particular emphasis is put on the classic shamanic journey, the flight from ordinary reality into non-ordinary reality, from the physical world to the spirit world.<\/p>\n
