Amma will also initiate students into the sacred Sri Saraswati Mantra Diksha, which blesses them with improved memory, better concentration, and intellectual\/artistic blossoming. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Retreat Includes: Q&amp;A Session with Amma, Hatha Yoga, Brain Yoga and more. Ages 5-24: students will be grouped by age. Breakfast and lunch included.
